We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join us. Our work is at the intersection of design and cutting-edge messaging technology. As part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to support the Messaging & Innovation team with a focus on RCS, partnering with sales, marketing strategists, and other creative talents to bring our messaging capabilities to life.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, creating compelling sales enablement and marketing materials. You will produce graphic design assets and visual storytelling materials for RCS demos, write clear and persuasive copy, and develop polished, executive-ready presentation slides.
As a Graphic Designer, you should be comfortable working independently to translate sales and marketing strategies into compelling creative assets and visual narratives. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong communication skills by presenting and articulating creative decisions in the context of sales enablement objectives. You will serve as a key creative resource for the Messaging Sales Enablement function, including:
- Ownership of the delivery of design assets
- Leading UAT checks and reviewing proofs
- Partnering in creative revisions
- Actively problem-solving
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design graphic assets and journey visuals for RCS product demos and sales materials
- Write clear, persuasive copy for sales enablement materials, presentations, and RCS demo narratives
- Create and maintain polished slide decks that communicate product capabilities and value propositions for internal and external leadership presentations, strategic meetings, and key forums
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure creative assets align with messaging strategy and brand standards
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high-visibility deliverables
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience working on product teams that focus on the development of multiple iterations/variations of campaign materials
- Experience liaising with senior and junior team members, with willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in as needed
- Able to articulate and support creative decisions using design and presentation best practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in graphic design, sales enablement, marketing, or agency environments
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in creative operations, graphic design, or content role
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant work experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication
- Location: Ability to work from the SoHo office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with RCS, mobile messaging, or telecom products
- Experience with video and animation
- Experience in copywriting or content strategy is a big plus!
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not mandatory. *equiv. work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$50,188.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
