As a Quant Trader:
- Analyse market data to build new trading strategies

As a Quant Researcher:
- Analyse market data to build new trading strategies

As a Quant Developer:
- Design and implement high-performance trading systems and tools
- Collaborate with researchers and traders to translate ideas into robust, scalable code
- Improve infrastructure, latency, and deployment workflows
- Ensure reliable operation in live trading environments
Requirements- Technical background (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Quant Finance or similar quantitative studies)
- Programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB, R or C++
- Passion for financial markets, in-depth analysis, and modelling
- Ability to understand mathematical theory and translate it into practice
- Understanding of risk and reward patterns
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical approach to solving complex problems
