As a forward-thinking Program Manager on the Payments Compliance team, you will play a key role in tracking and driving readiness efforts for product and compliance launches. Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end project planning for launches with compliance implications by coordinating cross-functional teams across Compliance, Operations, Legal, Finance and partnering closely with product and engineering as a central point of contact.
- Support the payments issues management program by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to address and close issues stemming from audits and regulatory exams, supported by clear processes and standards, enforced accountability, and rigorous tracking and reporting.
- Support core governance activities to establish consistency across multiple regions and teams through unified frameworks and facilitating operational planning exercises.
- Act as the central anchor to maintain alignment, track milestones, eliminate operational hurdles, and ensure complete launch readiness.
