Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Golang focused on infrastructure software or system tooling, not just backend applications.
• Deep understanding of build systems, source control internals, and monorepo tooling.
• Experience with performance profiling, system-level debugging, and concurrent programming in Go.
• Proven contributions to internal platforms, build pipelines, or open-source tooling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and related automation.
• Strong understanding of Linux development environments and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Golang libraries and internal systems for developer workflows.
• Develop components for build systems including dependency management and CI/CD integration.
• Optimize developer tooling for performance and reliability in large monorepos.
• Collaborate on defining system architecture with infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Identify and automate solutions to improve development workflows.
• Lead root cause analysis of system inefficiencies and implement long-term solutions.
