Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications. The role focuses on backend development, APIs, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and reliable software solutions. The developer will collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver secure and high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and applications using Go/Golang.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Go best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases, message queues, third-party services, and external APIs.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access layers.
• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance, and security improvements.
• Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and observability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong professional experience with Go/Golang.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented or functional programming concepts.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and the Go standard library.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
