Full Job Description
The Work:

We are seeking a B2C & B2B commerce leader to help grow our offering, convert capability into new business, expand our scope with existing clients and accelerate the growth of our digital commerce business across Canada. Collaborating closely with clients, Accenture Account Leads, and practitioners, you'll help clients co-create innovative digital commerce strategies. You'll take the lead in shaping new opportunities, crafting inclusive sales strategies and guiding the team through internal and client processes to secure successful outcomes.

As the Go-To-Market Lead, you will focus on the growing our B2B and B2C Commerce portfolio in the Canadian market:
  • You will originate, qualify, and close new opportunities with existing and net new clients, understanding our clients' unique needs, and crafting innovating solutions that set us apart.
  • Be a thought leader in commerce challenges and solutions staying ahead of market trends like agentic commerce, composable commerce architectures and the shift toward optimizing operational efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, guiding enterprise clients on their commerce and digital transformation journeys and helping
  • Define high-level enterprise business cases for our clients to drive fact-based decision-making and unlock growth initiatives
  • Drive business development efforts including pipeline creation, deal shaping, and executive sponsorship
  • Help build capabilities, developing and scaling commerce offerings, assets, and accelerators
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors and alliance partners driving joint go-to-market initiatives and solution co-innovation


Here's What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of experience in modern commerce, with a strong agency or commerce platform background in D2C digital commerce and channel operations. Should include hands-on experience in:
    • Digital experience and UX
    • Digital merchandising
    • Commerce content operations
    • Measurement and attribution
    • Conversion optimization
  • 10+ years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy, business development and revenue growth
  • Executive stakeholder engagement and strategic storytelling, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with ecosystem management (partners, platforms, alliances)
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
