Work Schedule: 8 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM)

Pay Range: $32.00 - $52.08 per hour

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the GME Program Administrator 2 manages the administration and day-to-day operations of a residency or fellowship program in accordance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies. This role exercises independent judgment in interpreting requirements, managing program activities, and addressing complex operational and compliance issues. The Program Administrator 2 partners with program leadership to support program performance, provides recommendations based on data and trends, and leads coordination of key program functions.

• Coordinates and monitors delivery of evaluations, ensures completion, and produces reporting; supports development of evaluation tools.
• Manages planning and logistics for program events, retreats, and in-service exams.
• Leads onboarding and orientation processes, including complex requirements such as licensing and visa documentation; serves as a resource to trainees.
• Develops and presents reports and documentation to support program oversight, accreditation, and compliance activities; communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Partners with program committees and collaborates with leadership to develop agendas, analyze program data, and track outcomes.
• Maintains and administers program policies; enforces compliance and provides guidance on interpretation of GME requirements.
• Implements program improvement initiatives and supports the development of operational processes.
• Administers recruitment processes, including application review coordination, applicant communication, and interview management.
• Maintains trainee schedules and ensures accuracy of affiliated site data, agreements, and system records.
• Exercises independent judgment in interpreting policies, resolving complex issues, and advising program leadership on program operations and compliance matters.
• Updates program website content as needed.
• Other duties as required.
