Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Deep understanding of Well Services applications and operations, particularly in thru tubing milling and fishing.
• Hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining tools, including packers and plugs.
• Proven ability to conduct training in virtual, classroom, and field settings.
• Strong background in technical training program design and development.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working under pressure, with proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training curriculum in conjunction with Well Services Product Line experts.
• Evaluate existing training materials for accuracy and business alignment, collaborating with Technical Competency Managers.
• Manage training resources to ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment for classes.
• Conduct technical seminars and workshops for clients, both virtually and on-site.
• Promote and maintain high standards of HSE compliance and foster a safety-focused training culture.
