Role Purpose

The Global TFS PMO Lead is accountable for the overall operational steering, budget tracking, milestone planning, and operational alignment across the Tech-Fueled Sales program. This role ensures the program's operating model is executed flawlessly, critical execution actions are planned and tracked, and budget health is monitored in close partnership with Finance. By establishing high-impact program enablement standards and acting as the strategic coordinator across cross-functional PODs, the PMO Lead enables the TFS transformation to scale efficiently, predictably, and with proactive operational stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Enablement & Operating Model Execution: Lead and optimize the TFS Program Operating Model. Establish and manage the operational management rhythm, track critical action items, and facilitate seamless alignment between the Global TFS leadership, POD Leads, Global Sales Centers of Excellence (COEs), and regional teams.
  • Steering Cadence & Meeting Stewardship: Orchestrate the end-to-end planning, content coordination, and facilitation of critical program forums (including Leadership Team [LT], POD, Regional/TFS, and Steering Committee [SteerCo] meetings). Ensure optimal attendee alignment, establish high-impact agendas, proactively collect and synthesize presentation materials from various POD leads, facilitate sessions to drive active alignment, and promptly distribute action-oriented notes and decision logs to maintain momentum.
  • Master Roadmap & Milestone Planning: Orchestrate and maintain the master TFS program roadmap, integrating the backlogs and delivery schedules of various PODs. Proactively map cross-functional dependencies, identify program-level risks, and establish robust mitigation strategies to keep the transformation on schedule.
  • Resource Management & Capacity Planning: Coordinate resource allocation, demand planning, and capacity modeling across the TFS PODs. Ensure that PODs and COEs are optimally staffed with the right capabilities to meet strategic delivery goals, and provide organizational design support as team structures evolve.
  • Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Communications: Develop and maintain consolidated program dashboards, executive status reports, and stage-gate review materials. Provide highly transparent, data-driven visibility into program health, milestone completion, and escalated risks for the TFS steering committee and key executive stakeholders.
  • Budget Tracking & Escalation: Monitor overall TFS program budget health, tracking expenditures against the plan. Collaborate closely with the Finance Business Partner (BP) and POD Leads to track development costs and resource allocations. Serve as the early-warning coordinator, proactively escalating budget risks and variances to the Finance BP, who retains accountability for direct forecasting and financial metrics.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in PMO leadership, program enablement, or business transformation, ideally gained within a large, global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organization.
  • PMO & Agile Methodologies: Expert-level proficiency in established project management frameworks (PMP) combined with practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments. Proven experience tailoring PMO frameworks to support rapid, iterative AI/digital product releases.
  • Financial Stewardship & Collaboration: Strong budget-tracking and analytical skills. Demonstrated success coordinating program-level budgets in partnership with Finance BPs, driving risk identification, and aligning development milestones with financial tracking.
  • Digital & AI Program Delivery: High-level familiarity with digital operations, data platforms, or AI/automation capabilities to effectively translate technical delivery timelines into clear program milestones.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven capability to influence, align, and navigate relationships in a complex, matrixed global organization without direct line authority.

  • Positive stakeholder feedback regarding program visibility, risk mitigation clarity, and the value of PMO enablement.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
