About This Role:

Crusoe seeks a dedicated and strategic Global Supply Manager, Networking to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain and procurement operation. This role is critical for driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high quality within our supply chain management, directly contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's Industries manufacturing services. We are looking for an innovative leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, bringing a strong background in procurement, supplier relationship management, and process improvement to the team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule based in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO or Dallas, TX

What You'll Be Working On
  • Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and consistently aligned with company objectives.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire supply chain process, overseeing everything from raw material sourcing through to final product delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and execute contracts and terms with key suppliers and vendors to secure the most advantageous terms and conditions for Crusoe.
  • Logistical Optimization: Analyze and optimize all logistical operations to ensure a seamless flow of goods and reduce overall operational costs.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate and actively manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they consistently meet our stringent quality standards and critical delivery deadlines.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the inventory management process, implementing strategic solutions to mitigate stock shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Risk Management & Contingency: Conduct comprehensive risk management for all supply contracts and agreements, including proactive contingency planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast demand and ensure perfect supply alignment.
  • Sustainability Integration: Implement and champion sustainability practices in procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Crusoe Energy's environmental goals.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and supply chain innovations to maintain Crusoe Energy's competitive edge.


What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience & Leadership: Approximately 5-15 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Operational Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements.
  • Core Skills: Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, Supplier Selection, and Risk Management.
  • System Proficiency: Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, with the ability to navigate Crusoe Industries' Acumatica (ERP) system.
  • Sustainability Knowledge: Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and relevant regulations.
  • Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check.


Bonus Points
  • Experience managing CapEx budgets in excess of $100 million.
  • Professional certification such as CPM, CSCP, or CPIM.
  • Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains.
  • Experience with Excel/Spreadsheet Data Modeling and Dashboarding.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to increase personal productivity.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $151,000 -$184,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
