Position Summary

The Procurement Sourcing Manager - Real Estate, Facilities, Fleet & Travel is responsible for developing and executing global category and sourcing strategies that deliver value, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support business objectives. This role manages a diverse portfolio of indirect spend across Real Estate, Facilities, Fleet, Travel, and Workplace Services and partners closely with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Legal, HR, Sustainability, and business stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

The role leads category planning, supplier strategy, market assessments, and operating model optimization while leveraging industry insights, spend analytics, and sourcing best practices to enhance business performance and support long-term organizational goals.

Fleet Category

Develop and implement global fleet category strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks that support business, operational, financial, safety, and sustainability objectives. Drive the standardization and optimization of fleet programs across regions while balancing local business requirements.

Partner with regional and business leaders to assess and transform existing fleet operating models, establish global policies and standards, improve governance, and drive consistency across decentralized fleet programs. Identify opportunities to centralize processes, enhance compliance, and improve visibility into fleet spend, utilization, and performance.

Oversee supplier relationships involving:
• Fleet management companies
• Vehicle manufacturers
• Leasing providers
• Fuel management providers
• Maintenance providers
• Telematics and fleet technology companies
• Sustainability initiatives

Partner with operations and business leaders to improve fleet utilization, reduce lifecycle costs, enhance driver safety, and support sustainability objectives.

Identify opportunities to modernize fleet programs through technology adoption, data analytics, electrification initiatives, supplier innovation, and continuous improvement.

Real Estate & Facilities Category

Develop sourcing strategies and supplier management frameworks for global Real Estate and Facilities operations, supporting business growth, workplace experience, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.

Manage supplier relationships involving:
• Commercial real estate brokers
• Lease administration providers
• Property management firms
• Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) providers
• Building maintenance and engineering service providers
• Janitorial and workplace services providers
• Security service providers
• Furniture and workplace solutions suppliers

Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and business leaders to support lease transactions, renewals, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy initiatives, facility operations, and capital projects.

Lead sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for lease-related services, facilities management, maintenance programs, workplace services, and construction activities to ensure competitive pricing, service excellence, and risk mitigation.

Identify opportunities to optimize occupancy costs, improve supplier performance, enhance workplace services, drive sustainability initiatives, and support global site operations through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement programs.

Travel Category

Lead procurement strategies and supplier partnerships related to global corporate travel programs.

Manage relationships with:
• Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
• Airline providers
• Hotel providers
• Ground transportation partners
• Car rental agencies
• Travel technology platforms
• Expense management providers
• Drive the development and implementation of global travel policies, preferred supplier programs, and governance frameworks to improve compliance, traveler experience, sustainability, and cost effectiveness across the enterprise.

Partner with business stakeholders to balance cost management, traveler experience, policy compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Evaluate travel program performance through supplier scorecards, spend analysis, traveler feedback, and industry benchmarking. Identify opportunities to improve travel policies, supplier agreements, and traveler services while maintaining financial discipline.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
• Develop and execute category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with Procurement and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned categories, including market assessments, RFI/RFP/RFQ development, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses to identify savings, cost avoidance, and value creation opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Manage category spend through forecasting, benchmarking, performance reporting, and budget oversight.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, governance processes, and periodic business reviews to drive accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk Management, and business stakeholders to ensure contract compliance, mitigate supplier risk, and achieve annual savings and value delivery targets.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, corporate real estate, facilities management, fleet, travel, or related indirect spend categories.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and large-scale sourcing initiatives.
• Strong financial, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or advanced degree.
• CPSM, CIPS, IFMA, CoreNet, or equivalent professional certification.
• Global procurement and category management experience.
• Experience supporting large corporate real estate portfolios and multi-site operations.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, CoStar, or similar procurement and real estate management platforms.
