Full Job Description
Negotiable location. Work from home, with approximately 50% travel anticipated. Focused responsibility eLIMS-BPT and eELN programs, across Areas of Activity (e.g. including but not limited to BioPharma Product Testing, Agroscience, Cosmetic Product Testing), and globally (e.g. including but not limited to Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific). The role is a strategic leadership position that combines enterprise program management, implementation delivery, organizational change management, and people leadership responsibilities. Global Software Implementation Manager Duties Include but are not Limited to the Following: • Lead global ELN and LIMS implementation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization. • Demonstrate strong program management/organization, leadership, and communication skills with strong commitment to quality and compliance. • Establish implementation standards, governance processes, and deployment best practices. • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and executive reporting. • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for implementation and training teams. • Direct change management and training strategies to support effective system adoption. Include oversight of effective training materials and standard operating procedures. • Partner with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and implementation outcomes. • Oversee implementation project plans and drive accountability to achieve expected implementation KPIs. • Manage relationships, coordinate priorities and scheduling with internal software teams and • Travel for on-site visits ~2 weeks/month (overall average ~50% travel) • Flexible scheduling to support conference calls in various time zones Qualifications Basic Minimum Education Qualifications: • B.S. or B.A. degree, or equivalent • PMP certification preferred, but not required Basic Minimum Work Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in relevant software implementation leadership, such as Laboratory Information Management/Electronic Laboratory Notebook (LIMS/ELN), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) • Minimum of 2 years in global capacity experience • People management and leadership experience • Project management experience • Software implementation leadership experience • Bioscience/laboratory background • Regulated environments, such as CFR Part 11 / GMP Annex 11 • Lean Six Sigma • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following: • Very good English communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing). • Very good interpersonal relation skills at all levels of the organization, with capability to influence decisions and lead others to achieve results. • Should possess great leadership skills to motivate users to adopt software and embrace change • Ability to work in a complex international environment. • Tenacity to address and overcome challenges to achieve resolution • Strong organization skills, to follow actions to completion Additional Information Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00 pm, 50% travel anticipated additional hours as needed.
