What You Can Expect
You will lead Zoom's global physical security and safety program. You'll shape strategy across 30+ locations, partnering with cross-functional teams. You will build a culture of safety that protects people and operations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Leading the global physical security program - including access control, visitor management, badging, security systems, and guard operations across all Zoom locations.
• Directing environmental health and safety functions, encompassing emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and risk-mitigation strategies that align with organizational growth and facility design
• Managing vendor relationships, law enforcement partnerships, and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective, high-impact security operations
• Building and mentoring a geographically distributed security team while driving security awareness training and workplace violence prevention initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Have 10+ years of experience in corporate physical security, including 5+ years leading global, multi-site security operations
• Demonstrate experience developing and implementing physical security programs for technology companies with distributed facilities
• Apply working knowledge of security technologies such as access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and security operations centers
• Lead crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning efforts across multiple geographies
• Build and develop security teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and external agencies
• Non-Essential: Hold professional security certifications such as CPP or PSP, or equivalent practical experience
• Non-Essential: Possess a degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$150,800.00

Maximum:
$329,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
