OverviewTHE ROLE:
The Global Security & Safety Program Manager leads the governance, development, implementation, and delivery of Global Security & Safety programs and initiatives worldwide. This role provides end-to-end program management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities include establishing program standards and metrics, budgets, vendors, and interested parties relationships, and driving continuous improvement across security and safety programs.
The role also oversees Event Security initiatives supporting global company-sponsored events.
Partnering with business leaders and external providers, the Program Manager monitors performance, supports compliance efforts, and delivers data-driven recommendations to enhance program effectiveness. The position requires strong program management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Your work will set the standard for how security and safety excellence is defined and delivered across the organization.
- Provide end-to-end program management oversight for Global Security & Safety programs, including planning, governance, implementation, and successful delivery of program objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain program frameworks, standards, policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms that support Global Security & Safety objectives.
- Establish program goals, milestones, and performance measures; monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and organizational priorities.
- Lead the development and implementation of Event Security programs supporting global events, employee gatherings, and corporate meetings.
- Partner with internal interested parties and external service providers to define security requirements, facilitate event security planning, and support risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity efforts.
- Develop and maintain event security standards, guidelines, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including performance monitoring, service delivery oversight, and contract compliance.
- Monitor program performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting; identify trends, recommend improvements, and facilitate post-event reviews and lessons learned.
- Prepare and deliver program updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Manage program budgets, forecasting, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation activities.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive successful program outcomes.
- Lead or support special projects, pivotal initiatives, and other Global Security & Safety activities as assigned.

Experience

- 0-2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, business administration, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of program management experience and analytical knowledge.
