Job Description:
McCann is seeking a Program Director to join a lean central global team supporting a global business. In a model where the majority of team members sit within local markets, this role plays a key part in fostering a connected cross-discipline global community - driving alignment, sharing best practices, and enabling consistently high-quality work across the network.

This role spans operational orchestration and creative delivery for select projects led by the central team.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of key creative projects driven by the central team, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Bring structure and clarity to the creative development process, coordinating across strategy, creative, social, and production teams across markets.
  • Orchestrate Unleashed projects when there are multiple global offices participating in a creative assignment.
Global Time Tracking and Revenue Transfers
  • Partner with office finance leads to ensure that global time codes are opened and extended to relevant global team members and follow up to ensure time is tracked.
  • Partner with office finance leads to ensure that internal revenue transfers are made between offices once P.O.s are approved for creative projects with participants across various offices.
Global to Local Orchestration
  • Act as a key point of connection between the central global team and local market teams.
  • Ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and expectations for central initiatives.
  • Establish an ongoing process to collect creative from markets on a regular basis to share with central leadership for visibility.
Cross-Capability Orchestration
  • Act as a key point of connection across Omnicom capability leads on Nestlé.
  • Coordinate integrated workstreams that require cross-capability PM stewardship.
  • Establish an ongoing process to collect work samples/case studies from other disciplines to share with central leadership for visibility.
TRR and Agency Mania Performance Survey Management
  • Partner with TRR/Agency Mania reps and cross-market/cross-discipline agency teams to ensure that the survey participant lists are kept current.
  • Partner with cross-market/cross-discipline agency teams to ensure action plans for underperforming teams are put in place and uploaded to the required systems.
  • Proactively keep cross-market, cross-discipline, and leadership teams informed of key dates and developments.
Qualifications

  • Proven track record of working within global models and effectively partnering with local market teams.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, with the ability to work across disciplines and capabilities.

150K-175K
