Job Description:

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded Pricing Specialist to join our Commercial Pricing team. This role will play a key role in supporting the sales organization with renewal and new business accounts, leading pricing strategy and analysis to ensure every deal is structured in a way that reflects the value we deliver. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Pricing and Commercials to shape commercial outcomes, and partner directly with the sales and service teams to bring pricing recommendations to life in client conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end pricing strategy for new business and renewal accounts, including identifying opportunities to modernize legacy pricing structures


  • Develop and recommend pricing models that better align commercial terms with the value delivered to clients


  • Lead pricing support for new business opportunities, building strategic, well-substantiated proposals that maximize commercial outcomes


  • Apply established pricing frameworks and strategy consistently across all deals within your portfolio


  • Partner with sales team to structure, present, and negotiate commercial proposals with clients


  • Provide Leadership with clear, analysis-backed recommendations to support strategic decision-making and negotiations


  • Maintain full visibility of your pipeline, proactively flagging commercial risks, blockers, or opportunities


  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing tools, templates, and processes across the team


  • Implement strategic projects on new commercial model for the business providing support on how to calculate and communicate those changes to clients


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, deal desk, revenue operations, or a related commercial analytics function


  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations


  • Experience developing or transitioning pricing models (e.g., moving from cost/resource-based pricing to value-based or outcome-based models) is highly valued


  • Comfortable operating independently and owning a portfolio of accounts


  • Strong communication and storytelling skills - able to build a compelling commercial narrative from complex analysis


  • Experience partnering with sales, account management, or client-facing teams on deal structuring and negotiation support


  • A proactive, structured approach to managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


What Success Looks Like

  • Renewal accounts are reviewed proactively, with clear, well-supported pricing recommendations delivered ahead of key dates


  • New business opportunities are priced strategically, contributing measurable incremental revenue


  • Strong working relationships are established with sales and CS teams, resulting in smooth handoffs and aligned negotiation strategies


$75,000-$95,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
