  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of incoming maintenance requests
  • Gather missing information from requestors and facility managers
  • Coordinate project inputs with facility managers into CMMS
  • Assign maintenance requests to appropriate personnel or contractors
  • Track and report on work performed by other contracts or agencies until completion
  • Generate and distribute weekly status reports on requests and metrics
  • Assist stakeholders with updating status of projects and work requests
  • Support global reporting and tracking of service requests and projects
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and properly uploaded into systems

Full Job Description
Global Production Controller

Location: Washington, DC

TS/SCI REQUIRED/Current CI Poly

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer maintenance requests through CMMS, email, telephone, or other methods and accurately enter requests into the CMMS
  • Review maintenance requests to ensure all required information is complete and accurate
  • Obtain missing information from requestors, facilitators, facility managers, or building managers as needed
  • Coordinate with facility managers to receive and input projects into the CMMS
  • Forward and assign maintenance requests to the appropriate personnel, agencies, contractors, or teams based on established processes
  • Obtain government direction for requests without predetermined execution methods
  • Track work executed by other contracts or agencies and provide weekly status updates until completion
  • Generate weekly status reports including open requests, closed requests, and custom reporting metrics
  • Assist facility managers, building managers, and other stakeholders with updating project and work request statuses
  • Coordinate with facility branches globally to support reporting, dashboards, and tracking of service requests and projects
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly uploaded into tracking systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
