Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and data analysis in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in the digital advertising space.
  • Experience with publisher or developer-facing B2B products.
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion. Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Investigative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with proven ability to communicate outcomes effectively at multiple levels of stakeholder.

The Sellside team partners with content publishers and app developers of all sizes to monetise their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager for Apps, across mobile, display, and video formats. In this role, you will enable Google-caliber client service across a dynamic product and tech stack in the GP Sellside business.

Our team brings growth opportunities to publishers each year. You will partner with product experts to identify new opportunities, and help build the rails which bring them to market across Google's publisher products and sales teams.

You will solve problem, using relevant Google and third-party data to develop a strategic, forward looking perspective on customer focused insights and solutions. You will anticipate how publisher decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and showcase how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

You will be expected to flex engagement style across a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional peers to set shared objectives, create open dialogue, actively build partnerships, and balance our teams' interests with theirs to drive greater impact for our customers. You will also be expected to function well in ambiguity, anticipate changing internal and external environments, act with limited guidance or information and help others to do so by applying frameworks or input patterns.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Own the business opportunity lifecycle across global publisher products, identifying scalable growth vectors based on commercial roadmaps, business needs, and deep partner data analysis.
  • Develop, model, and maintain robust datasets within Salesforce and core reporting systems to enable accurate tracking, measurement, and activation across sales teams.
  • Support the enterprise AI transformation by integrating opportunity intelligence into novel surfaces, including Gemini Enterprise and native interfaces like Ask Ad Manager, directly reaching customers.
  • Maintain stringent opportunity quality frameworks, monitoring operational metrics, publisher performance trends, and pipeline health to maximize conversion business impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and specialist teams to deploy programmatic solutions, streamline technical collateral, and scale self-serve publisher growth globally.
