About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Incentive Compensation, the Global Pricing Analyst governs the critical policies and processes related to pricing, discounts & freight term management for Hach's Distributor, Export, Sister, Subsidiary & Sales Pricing Agreements (SPA) Accounts. This role works in close collaboration with other members of the Pricing, Analytics, and other Cross functional teams to assist with routine price/discount maintenance and testing tasks for many Hach systems, such as Quoting, Web, CRM & ERP systems.
This position is part of the Sales Operations organization and will be hybrid within the U.S., with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Loveland, CO.
In this role, a typical day will look like - Governs SPA processes that cover the specific terms and discounts granted to customers or customer groups on a national level (including pricing, discounts & special freight terms)
- Works with Sales leaders & Bids/Field Sales Support to establish, renew or terminate SPAs when necessary
- Price/Discount management - Maintain and validate country-specific, customer-specific, and product-specific prices & discounts for Export, Sister, Sub, Intl.
- Reviews/responds to inquiries which come through the Pricing Jira ticket system
- Assists with Price and Discount Maintenance in Oracle for Hach and other brands
- Creates customer pricelists based on approved SPA prices/discounts when needed
- Works with Punchout & e-Com customers (and assists with User Testing when required)
- Utilizes Quote Tool & CPQ to validate pricing (and assists with User Testing when required)
- Uses productivity tools to continuously improve internal processes, fosters process adherence, enables change and shares best practices.
The essential requirements of the job include - AA, BS or BA in business, accounting, finance, or a related field or related work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years successful experience in sales, sales support, customer support or analytical commercial role
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel user skills
- Experience in ERP systems like Oracle
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com/CPQ or other CRM
- Ability to effectively communicate in a global environment
- Proven experience working with key stakeholders at various levels within a matrix organization

An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
