Reporting to the
Director of Field Service, the
Field Service Manager will lead a team of field service professionals supporting customers throughout the
US western territory. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who is passionate about developing technical talent, driving customer satisfaction, improving operational performance, and contributing to business growth.
📍Location:candidates can be located in Washington, Utah, Oregon, and surrounding states.What You'll Do- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field service technicians.
- Improve technician productivity, response times, first-time fix rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive service revenue growth and printer placements by delivering exceptional customer support and service excellence.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture while increasing engagement and field morale.
- Remove operational barriers and support technicians in achieving performance objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure outstanding issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement across service operations, inventory management, and field processes.
- Manage key business metrics including revenue growth, expense control, inventory turns, and service productivity.
- Develop an understanding of financial performance and contribute to decisions that positively impact Field Service and OpCo results.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, electronics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate remote field-based employees.
- Basic computer skills plus experience working with service CRM/ERP tools, such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel around 25% of the time.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $103,600 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
