Full Job Description
To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company's sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis.

Essential Functions
  • Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives.
  • Achieve revenue goals.
  • Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations.
  • Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills.
  • Domestic and global travel required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years experience selling in the corporate/large customer space, preferably global selling experience with Fortune 500 connections
  • Formal people leadership experience
  • Global sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in closing large customer deals
  • Experience in negotiation complex global contracts
  • Supply chain experience
  • Significant international and global account selling and business
  • Demonstrated expertise in a healthcare vertical industry
  • Transportation experience within healthcare preferred
  • Experience with medical device sales


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required.
