Overview

The Global Inventory Planner is responsible for supporting the analysis and execution of inventory planning for Crocs' International regions. This role partners closely with international teams to maintain inventory projections, support operational inventory targets, and monitor performance against key metrics including forward weeks of supply, excess, and in-stock levels.

This position supports alignment between regional plans and broader inventory objectives, contributing to consistent KPIs, reporting, and insights.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and maintenance of inventory projections for international regions by reviewing and incorporating regional inputs
  • Identify inventory risks and opportunities, providing analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Track alignment between regional inventory expectations and targets, highlighting variances
  • Support the connection between inventory projections and supply chain forecasts, leveraging channel and product inputs
  • Contribute to S&OP reporting and materials, supporting visibility of demand, inventory, and supply
  • Collaborate with regional planning, supply, and global planning teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Serve as a key contact for regional planning teams on inventory-related topics
  • Build ad-hoc reports and analysis to support inventory performance and decision-making

Title: Global Inventory Planner

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $88,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
