ISN is seeking an experienced
Global Health and Safety Manager to provide strategic leadership for our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Review and Verification Services (RAVS) program. This role requires a proven global HSE leader with experience developing, implementing, and aligning safety programs across multiple countries and regions. As a key customer-facing representative of ISN, the Global Health and Safety Manager will partner with executive-level clients, lead high-impact HSE initiatives, oversee HSE resources, and drive consistency in safety standards, compliance, and operational excellence across a global landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to solving complex HSE challenges and advancing world-class safety performance.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted global HSE advisor and customer-facing representative, engaging with executive-level clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer HSE programs, standards, and initiatives across multiple countries and regions.
- Support the global HSEQ RAVS team, driving operational excellence and program effectiveness.
- Partner with global teams to align HSE policies, processes, and best practices, ensuring consistency across diverse operations.
- Lead HSE reviews, risk assessments, and program evaluations, identifying compliance gaps and opportunities to improve safety performance.
- Provide expert guidance on contractor safety management, regulatory compliance, and industry-leading HSE practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing HSE strategy and delivering practical, scalable solutions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training, awareness programs, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen safety culture and engagement.
- Analyze customer HSE trends, metrics, and emerging risks to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Represent ISN in customer meetings, audits, and strategic reviews as a subject matter expert and ambassador for HSE excellence.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 10+ years of progressive HSE/EHS leadership experience.
- Experience leading HSE programs across multiple countries, regions, or business units.
- Demonstrated success aligning HSE standards, initiatives, and best practices across diverse operations.
- Strong knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and management systems.
- Proven ability to build credibility with executive-level stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- CRSP, CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
