As the
Global Head of Organizational Effectiveness, you will design and implement solutions that deliver results across a global organization, ensuring alignment between business strategy and people initiatives. You will oversee global programs including culture transformation, performance management, inclusion and belonging, organizational design, and workforce capability building. You will work with business leaders and HR, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, while building capabilities across commercial, operational, and innovation excellence. Meanwhile, you will build future-ready capabilities in skills management, career frameworks, employee value proposition, and AI adoption, enabling the organization to adapt to evolving market and talent demands.
Based in our Pittsburgh HQ and reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will help shape organizational performance, effectiveness, and capability building. A relocation package may be offered to the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a global team of Organizational Effectiveness experts, promoting a culture of excellence, coaching talent, and building organizational capability within the team.
- Accelerate culture transformation and deliver measurable improvements in the behaviors needed to drive commercial, operational, and innovation excellence; ensuring adoption across regions, business units and functions.
- Design and implement an enterprise-wide competency framework aligned with business strategy and evolving capability needs.
- Lead the global inclusion and belonging strategy, integrating it across core talent practices and promoting an inclusive culture that drives engagement and performance.
- Strengthen employee listening and engagement approaches, translating insights into clear actions, tracking progress, and promoting accountability across leadership teams.
- Partner with Talent and business leaders to develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to support attraction, engagement, and retention of talent segments.
- Advise executives and HRBPs on organizational design, ensuring alignment of strategy, operating models, and performance goals.
- Provide enterprise-wide change management leadership to ensure successful adoption of transformation programs.
- Help develop AI-related capabilities across the workforce, aligning with future skill requirements and integrating AI readiness into talent strategies.
- Strengthen performance management processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, differentiation, and accountability for results at all levels.
- Lead the implementation of career frameworks that elevate the transparency of career development and internal mobility opportunities for employees globally.
- Design and deploy skills assessment and development solutions aligned with evolving needs.
- Implement programs that enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance, promoting stronger collaboration and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, OD/OE, Organizational Psychology, or related field; advanced degree desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or Change Management in global organizations.
- 5+ years of experience delivering measurable results through OE strategies and large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience designing simple, scalable, solutions that guide our outcomes in culture transformation, organizational design, and change leadership.
- Experience advising senior executives and influencing decision-making working in matrixed environments and global teams.
- Data and insights capability to translate analytics into applicable strategies.
- Experience driving capability building and transformation related to AI and future-of-work plans.
- Availability to occasionally travel
