What will you do as Global Executive Compensation Program Manager at Sealed Air?The Global Executive Compensation Program Manager will lead the administration, governance, and execution of Sealed Air's executive compensation and Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) programs globally. This role serves as the primary owner of executive compensation processes and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's compensation philosophy, business strategy, and governance requirements.
The role partners closely with senior HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support executive compensation planning, incentive program management, market competitiveness, and compensation-related analysis and reporting.

- Own the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) process, including planning, analysis, modeling, administration, and execution.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives and performance outcomes.
- Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive compensation practices.
- Support executive compensation reviews, recommendations, and governance processes.
- Prepare executive compensation analyses, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership discussions.
- Ensure executive compensation programs comply with applicable regulations, policies, and governance standards.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives and projects.
- Drive continuous improvement of executive compensation processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling highly sensitive compensation information.
What skills will help you succeed?- 5-7 years of experience
- Experience with compensation market data providers such as Mercer, Radford, or Willis Towers Watson.
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other compensation management systems.
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation and incentive compensation programs.
- Experience managing Annual Incentive Plans (AIP) and executive compensation processes.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and compensation analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in complex global or matrixed organizations.

Pay Transparency- $93,100 - $160,655 annually
