The Global Compensation Partner is a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, reporting to the SVP Total Rewards. This role partners closely with the Compensation Team Lead, regional Total Rewards partners, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR Operations, and business leaders to drive the successful execution of global compensation programs and initiatives. The position plays a critical role in translating compensation strategy into execution, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, effectively, and at scale. At Genesys, you will contribute to building fair, competitive, and data-driven compensation practices that support employee engagement and business performance across a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Compensation Team Lead to implement and administer global compensation programs and initiatives
- Drive ongoing enhancement of compensation policies, practices, and governance frameworks
- Serve as a compensation resource for HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compensation programs align with company philosophy, market practices, and business objectives
- Lead key activities for the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary adjustments, incentive payouts, and equity allocation
- Partner with the Team Lead to manage budgets, project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and regional Total Rewards partners to ensure successful execution
- Support system testing, validation, reporting, training, and deployment activities
- Conduct post-cycle analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses to support decision making and program effectiveness
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights for leadership and key stakeholders
- Support pay equity analyses, governance reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities
- Analyze workforce and compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the advancement of global job architecture and leveling frameworks
- Contribute to job family reviews, leveling assessments, and governance processes
- Assist with job evaluations and maintain documentation for consistency across the organization
- Maintain job architecture tools, resources, and supporting documentation
- Draft and maintain compensation plan documents, policies, procedures, guidelines, and training materials
- Develop communication materials for managers and employees related to compensation programs
- Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with program objectives
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Consulting, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting enterprise compensation programs within a global organization
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary administration, and governance
- Experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated analytical capability with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with compensation survey platforms such as Radford, Mercer, WTW, or Korn Ferry
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting policies, plan documents, and executive presentations
- Experience supporting annual compensation planning cycles and job architecture initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a multinational technology, AI, or SaaS organization
- CCP, GRP, or related compensation certification

Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$107,200.00 - $188,400.00
