Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Experience in commodity management, global procurement, or sourcing for board-mounted power modules (e.g., POL converters, VRMs, IBCs, or PMICs), including contract negotiation and supplier development.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or MBA in a technical or engineering field.
  • Experience with power electronic components, printed circuit boards, surface mount technologies and associated manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of board mounted power devices, including VPDs (Vertical Power Delivery), and IBCs (Intermediate Bus Converter) modules.
  • Technical understanding of existing and evolving architectures of board mounted power devices.

  • Manage multiple suppliers and programs, negotiating complex agreements to achieve favorable pricing, terms, and scalable supply assurance.
  • Direct cross-functional teams through supplier selection for new platforms, balancing innovation, speed-to-market, cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Oversee critical supply chain operations-including production schedules, capacity planning, and operational flexibility-while reporting status and risks to executive leadership.
  • Monitor supplier performance and mitigate continuity risks via regular business reviews, leveraging deep market intelligence to optimize procurement strategies.
