ROLE SUMMARY This is a leadership role that requires developing and implementing market winning launch strategies in an increasingly crowded market. The position commands a candidate with strong cross-functional leadership who can be a change agent for the next wave of breast cancer launches.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Champion and synthesize customer insights and translate key critical insights into Global strategy and action plans. Lead the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives working closely with US and ex-US colleagues, cross-functional partners in Medical, Legal, Regulatory, GASP, and Business Analytics.
Launch Leadership- Co-lead the launch strategy for prifetrastat in 2L+
- Elevate differentiation for a new, novel MOA into a crowded landscape
- Advance co-positioning of breast cancer assets and indications across the portfolio
- Go-to-market redesign: partner with regions and countries to upgrade the GTM model to one that embraces and leverages the role of AI across key customer segments, Physicians, Patients, and Caregivers
KAT6 Market Development- Design and launch the KAT6 Global Market Development Plan for prifetrastat. Drive coordination of the market development strategy (in partnership with atirmociclib) at the global, regional and local levels and ensure consistency of approach and implementation
- Set market development engagement priorities by stakeholder (HCP/Oncology/Urology/Nurses/Payers and Patients)
- Define market development success metrics and KPIs for tracking impact and progress
- Manage agency and vendor partnership efforts pertaining to the design, development and execution of all critical market development assets
Biomarker Testing Lead- Develop and implement global biomarker testing strategy and initiatives in breast cancer
- Partnership at the regional and local level to address vast differential testing patterns and close the gap globally
Portfolio Launch Operations Lead- Drive launch excellence in meeting critical launch milestones and launch stage gates
- Global Governance Lead: Lead cross functional GGTs. Close collaboration with US & ICO counterparts both within the Global Governance Team (GGT) and regular engagement with a co-creation mindset for designing a launch platform and all associated assets
- Ensure synergy and drive operational efficiency across launch assets
- Contribute to the annual Global Operating Plan and Tactical Plan
Prifetrastat Patient Lead- Develop and lead strategic framework for global patient communications
- Distill patient insights into an actionable platform across both biomarker testing and branded product information

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven business acumen and brand management expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Robust planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
- Solid understanding of today's Global and US pharmaceutical environment, incl. Regulatory, Legal and Compliance

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
