Full Job Description
Job Description

The team plays a critical role in understanding the end-to-end client journey, identifying which Operations teams will be impacted by roadmap deliverables, and coordinating readiness activities so that the functional operations teams are prepared to support clients effectively.

In addition to business-as-usual operational readiness, the team supports key enablement programs across Transaction Banking Operations.

YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Operations Enablement team in TxB Operations. The Operations Enablement team provides central services that drive the growth, scalability, and execution discipline of Operations in support of TxB and its clients.

The ideal candidate will provide senior leadership to ensure new products, features, and enhancements are operationally ready before go-live. The Vice President will be expected to establish direction, influence senior cross-functional stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution. The candidate must also be comfortable using approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools responsibly to improve productivity, strengthen analysis, and identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Lead operational readiness for Transaction Banking product roadmap deliverables, ensuring impacted Operations teams are prepared to support new products, features, enhancements, and client-facing capabilities before go-live.
  • Serve as a senior Operations partner to Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and functional Operations leaders; define readiness strategy, assess operational impacts, resolve dependencies, and drive accountable execution.
  • Develop and apply a strong understanding of the end-to-end Transaction Banking client journey to anticipate impacts across teams, processes, controls, procedures, technology, and client support models.
  • Establish governance and lead complex readiness workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, milestone management, risk and issue escalation, communication planning, training, procedure updates, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Provide oversight and challenge for user acceptance testing by shaping operational test strategy, confirming appropriate participation and coverage, monitoring defects and risks, and informing readiness and go-live decisions.
  • Produce concise executive updates, recommendations, decision materials, and readiness reporting using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Amazon Quick.
  • Lead Operations Enablement programs that improve operational transparency, client experience, control effectiveness, and execution discipline across Transaction Banking Operations.
  • Champion the responsible adoption of approved AI and machine learning[NP1] [JR2] [NP3] capabilities; identify high-value use cases, evaluate risks and controls, and partner with stakeholders to streamline manual workflows, strengthen decision-making, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Mentor junior team members, promote consistent standards, and help build a high-performing, collaborative, and forward-looking Operations Enablement function.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Operations, project or program management, business analysis, product implementation, client service, or a related financial services function
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional change initiatives, product or feature launches, operational implementations, or transformation programs from strategy through execution
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior partners, establish accountability, navigate competing priorities, and drive timely decisions without direct authority
  • Advanced project and program management capability, with experience managing governance, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to understand product strategy, business requirements, client journeys, operating models, and control considerations and translate them into scalable operational readiness plans
  • Experience leading or overseeing user acceptance testing, including test strategy, scenario coverage, participant coordination, defect management, risk assessment, and readiness recommendations prior to launch
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and control mindset, with sound judgment and the ability to identify material risks, challenge constructively, and recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive updates, presentations, recommendations, and decision materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with project, collaboration, and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and QuickSight
  • Comfort and practical fluency using approved AI tools to support research, analysis, drafting, summarization, process improvement, and productivity, with appropriate attention to accuracy, confidentiality, governance, and human oversight

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Deep experience in Transaction Banking, cash management, payments, client onboarding, client implementation, client service, or Operations support functions
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile delivery practices, product roadmaps, release management, and production go-live governance
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence to govern delivery, manage documentation, coordinate issue resolution, and provide transparency across complex initiatives
  • Experience with Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, or similar reporting and data visualization tools, including hands-on dashboard development and interpretation of operational data
  • Experience with operating model design, process re-engineering, process mapping, procedure documentation, control design, or operational workflow analysis
  • Experience identifying, piloting, or scaling AI, automation, or data-driven solutions in a controlled business environment
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, connect related workstreams, provide thought leadership, and bring senior stakeholders to clear decisions
  • Experience mentoring or developing colleagues and promoting consistent standards across teams

[NP1]What does this mean for our team?

[JR2]Like think about how Mohammed helped with the NLP project that Servicing is using to auto categorize SF cases, or is there a world where we can teach AI to read PRDs and then tell us who to assign, governance category, etc?

[NP3]Got it, thanks.
