YOUR IMPACT

Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Service Strategy Team within Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions. In this role, you will help drive strategic initiatives that enhance the client experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth across our rapidly expanding RIA Custody platform. A key focus of the role will be supporting the firm's strategy to leverage automation, data, and artificial intelligence to scale the service organization, increase productivity, and create a differentiated client and employee experience. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Client Service teams to identify opportunities, develop business recommendations, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. Through structured problem solving, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help shape the future of the service organization while gaining broad exposure to our products, clients, and operating model.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
• Support strategic initiatives focused on improving client experience, operational efficiency, service scalability, and business performance. Including AI-focused initiatives through business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, adoption tracking, and benefit realization measurement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Client Service teams to document business requirements, develop use cases, and support solution design.
• Analyze business performance, client feedback, operational metrics, and service trends to identify opportunities and support strategic decision making.
• Build business cases and supporting analyses that clearly articulate opportunities, requirements, risks, expected benefits, and success metrics.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, and strategy materials for leadership discussions and business reviews.
• Coordinate project workstreams, track deliverables, identify risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support the prioritization and tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Aggregate and analyze client feedback and service insights to identify recurring themes and recommend enhancements to the client experience.
• Create reporting and dashboards that provide leadership transparency into business performance, operational efficiency, client engagement, and strategic initiative progress.
• Help identify opportunities to leverage automation, generative AI, workflow optimization, and emerging technologies to enhance the client experience and improve organizational scale.
• Assist in measuring and communicating business outcomes associated with strategic initiatives, automation programs, and operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-8 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, analytics, project management, operations, product strategy, business management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes through partnership and communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, RIA custody, banking services, or client service organizations.
• Experience developing executive presentations, performance reporting, dashboards, or business cases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Jira, or similar analytical and workflow management tools.
• Exposure to process improvement, client experience programs, product management, operational transformation, or change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, operational processes, or client experiences.
• Experience evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, or service scale.
