Your role

Are you a relationship builder with deep industry expertise and strong transaction execution capabilities? We're looking for a Director (Vice President) focused on Power (Conventional and Renewables), Regulated Utilities, and Energy Transition to:

- originate, structure and execute strategic advisory and financing transactions- develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors and other key market participants
- drive the day-to-day execution of M&A, equity and debt financing transactions
- prepare and deliver client presentations, transaction analyses and marketing materials
- partner closely with product groups and colleagues in the coverage team to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative team environment
- contribute to business development efforts and support the growth of the franchise and critical AI infrastructure

Your team

Our team advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives, equity and debt financings, and other capital structure solutions. We work closely with product partners across M&A and Capital Markets to deliver best-in-class advice and execution to our clients. We are a uniquely integrated team both geographically and across sectors/verticals.

Your expertise

- Significant investment banking experience with demonstrated expertise in the space, ideally 4-5 years of experience
- Exposure to thermal power, renewables, regulated utilities and/or energy transition verticals, including understanding of their respective business models and drivers
- Strong track record of transaction execution across M&A and capital markets products
- Experience managing client relationships and interacting with senior executives
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication (verbal and in-writing) and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE required (or obtained within the required timeframe)
