Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation on a project Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes a positive partnering relationship among all project team members. Coordinates project scope, complexity, planning and scheduling with client and development of team members. Ability to identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with assigned projects and their integration into the existing environment. Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan. Manages the project budget development process. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communicates effectively with all levels and across the organization. Generate submittals and orders to vendors and submittal returns to and from Architects and clients. Shop Drawing Submittals, Review and Response of RFIs', ASI, etc.
