ROLE SUMMARY:As the
GHL Nexus AI and Collateral Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and ongoing improvement of Jumpfactor's GHL-based outbound, intent, nurture, automation, and AI systems.
You will take projects from
start to finish, combining technical execution with strong marketing judgment to build scalable campaigns, workflows, AI agents, and reusable collateral for MSP and IT clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Own the strategy and execution of Jumpfactor's GHL, outbound, intent, nurture, and automation systems
- Build and manage workflows, automations, APIs, webhooks, and integrations across GoHighLevel, n8n, HubSpot, and other platforms
- Use AI agents to automate campaign setup, lead engagement, qualification, follow-up, appointment booking, and reporting
- Build and optimize cold outbound, email nurture, SMS, funnel, pipeline, and conversational AI workflows
- Develop campaign messaging, copy, CTAs, offers, segmentation, and conversion paths
- Ensure campaigns are both technically sound and aligned with lead generation and business objectives
- Build, test, and optimize AI voice agents using tools such as Retell, Vapi, GHL Voice AI, or similar platforms
- Create reusable MSP and IT-specific nurture tracks, outbound sequences, funnels, templates, prompts, and campaign collateral
- Use AI to quickly customize, brand, and launch campaign assets across multiple client accounts
- Research MSP, IT, cybersecurity, and client markets to create relevant messaging and collateral
- Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, engagement, and conversion results and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, automation, and campaign issues quickly
- Establish testing and quality assurance processes before and after campaign launch
- Maintain clear SOPs, workflow documentation, prompts, and technical instructions
- Provide internal training and participate in client support or strategy calls when required
- Continuously research and implement new AI, automation, RevOps, and conversational AI solutions
KEY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEMust-Have Requirements:- Advanced experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM, workflows, funnels, pipelines, email, SMS, campaigns, and automations
- Strong experience building automations and integrations using n8n
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, HubSpot, and connected CRM systems
- Strong understanding of outbound email, email nurturing, lead generation, funnels, and conversion
- Strong marketing judgment across copy, offers, CTAs, audience targeting, and campaign strategy
- Experience using AI-native tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Experience building AI agents or automated lead engagement and qualification systems
- Ability to manage both the technical and marketing sides of a project
- Ability to independently take projects from concept through launch and optimization
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
Additional Requirements:- Experience with Retell, Vapi, GHL Voice AI, or other conversational AI platforms
- Experience building AI SDRs, voice agents, or automated appointment-setting systems
- Knowledge of email deliverability, lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and pipeline automation
- Experience managing scalable systems across multiple client accounts
- Experience in an agency, SaaS, RevOps, GTM, or marketing technology environment
- Experience creating reusable campaign libraries, workflows, templates, and collateral
- Experience working with MSPs, IT service providers, cybersecurity companies, or technology clients is a strong asset
- Ability to independently research unfamiliar industries and translate findings into relevant campaigns
- A demonstrated interest in testing and building with emerging AI and automation tools
