Titre du poste : Gestionnaire Principal, services d'ingénierie

En vous joignant à l'équipe du programme Hélicoptère, vous serez basé à Longueuil et vous vous rapportez au directeur de l'ingénierie client des programmes hélicoptères. Notre mission est d'engager, d'habiliter et d'inspirer notre équipe à offrir une expérience supérieure aux employés et à la clientèle, à développer des solutions innovatrices et à générer de la valeur dans les produits et services pour tous nos marchés. Le titulaire est responsable de gérer les comptes clients stratégiques et les mises à jour du programme moteur. Vous dirigerez également des enquêtes sur le terrain et coordonnerez le soutien technique et logistique pour assurer un service de retour rapide.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Mèner à bien les activités ingénierie client reliées au Programme des hélicoptères;
  • Supporter les activités de résolutions de problèmes en coordonnant les équipes et la logistique associée;
  • Interface avec nos représentant techniques, CFirst et les opérateurs lors d'évènements moteur;
  • S'assurer de la résolution des problèmes moteurs par la mise en place de processus solides assurant la non-répétition d'évènements similaires ou l'instauration de moyens permettant de contrôler une situation problématique;
  • Point focal pour la mise en place d'inspections spéciales ou de mesures de confinement lors d'évènements où des pièces défectueuses ont été mises en service;
  • Point focal pour les manufacturiers d'hélicoptères (OEM) dans l'établissement et la gestion de projets clés visant l'amélioration du service après-vente et le soutien de la clientèle;
  • Responsable de la préparations et de la mise à jour des documents pertinents au programme sous sa responsabilité (fiabilité, coût d`entretient, revue de programme, TCCA, TCM, PMT, conférence d'opérateurs);
  • Établir et préparer les campagnes commerciales reliées au programme dont il est responsable;
  • Représenter la voix du client lors de réunions internes;
  • Soutenir les initiatives de coûts de maintenance et de révision (modèle DMC, variance des coûts de révision, etc.) et identifier les opportunités de réduction des coûts


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat avec 10 années d'expérience pertinente ou Maîtrise avec 7 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Domaine d'études: aéronautique, génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, génie électrique
  • Fortes habiletés en gestion de projets, interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'informatique (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Disponible pour des voyages occasionnels
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Solides compétences commerciales et techniques et capacité à définir la proposition de valeur aux clients.
  • Orientation client et compétences avérées en gestion de la relation client.
  • Esprit d'équipe.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Engineering

By joining the Helicopter program team, you will be based in Longueuil and report to the Customer Engineering Manager of Helicopter programs. Our mission is to engage, empower, and inspire our team to deliver a superior Employee and Customer Experience, to develop innovative solutions, and to drive value into products and services for all of our markets. The incumbent is responsible to manage strategic customer accounts and related engine program updates. You will also lead field investigations and coordinate technical and logistical support to drive a prompt return service.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Lead Helicopter Programs customer engineering activities from start to successful resolution;
  • Support event troubleshooting and assist logistics as required;
  • Interface with Field Service Representatives, Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk) and operators through regular field event reviews;
  • Ensure event resolution and provide follow-up through IPTs (define), reliability monitoring, technical publication changes, campaigns or other corrective action;
  • Lead support for field escape containment and special inspection programs;
  • Provide support for field escape containment and special inspection programs;
  • Support OEM's with key program projects and initiatives;
  • Manage Program update, reliability, TCM, TCCA, PMT packages, operator's conference;
  • Represent the customer's voice during internal meetings; Supports maintenance/overhaul cost initiatives (DMC model, overhaul cost variance, etc) and identify cost reduction opportunities.
