Titre du poste : Gestionnaire principal Performance des livraisons des pièces de rechange, Services des pièces de rechange

Le groupe Services Commerciaux au sein du Service à la clientèle de P&WC est à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire Principal(e), Performance des livraisons des pièces de rechange pour l'après-marché.

La personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de diriger une équipe chargée d'assurer la performance des livraisons de pièces de rechange, en soutien aux engagements clients de l'organisation.

Relevant du Directeur des Services des pièces de rechange, le titulaire du poste agira comme point de coordination entre les fonctions de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des opérations manufacturières et du Service à la clientèle afin d'assurer l'atteinte des indicateurs de performance liés aux flux de matériel entrant. Le rôle comprend également la gestion des enjeux de performance fournisseurs, la résolution de problèmes d'approvisionnement et la représentation des besoins clients et parties prenantes internes et externes.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Diriger, encadrer et développer une équipe responsable de la performance des livraisons fournisseurs de pièces de rechange.
  • Assurer la coordination et l'alignement entre la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les opérations manufacturières et le Service à la clientèle.
  • Traduire avec un focus client les besoins clients du Service à la clientèle en exigences opérationnelles pour les fonctions concernées.
  • Gérer avec transparence et responsabilité en identifiant, analysant et communiquant les risques liés à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et aux opérations manufacturières.
  • Livrer les résultats d'affaires en assurant la résolution des enjeux d'approvisionnement clients selon une approche structurée.
  • Assurer un suivi serré des plans de redressement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Influencer et représenter à l'externe en supportant et participant à des rencontres avec nos clients pour renforcer nos relations de partenariat.
  • Favoriser des prises de décision éclairées en préparant et présentant les rapports de gouvernance à la haute direction.
  • Diriger l'amélioration continue en optimisant les processus internes et améliorant l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de transformation numérique liées à la performance des fournisseurs et aux activités des Services des pièces de rechange.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir ?
  • Baccalauréat avec un minimum de 12 années d'expérience pertinente, ou maîtrise avec un minimum de 10 années d'expérience, dans un domaine connexe tel que l'ingénierie, l'administration des affaires, l'aéronautique, la gestion des opérations, la finance, le commerce international, la chaine d'approvisionnement ou une discipline équivalente.
  • Expérience démontrée dans des environnements complexes et matriciels.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements ambigus avec un haut niveau d'autonomie.
  • Habiletés démontrées en gestion des relations et en collaboration avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Orientation résultats et capacité à planifier, organiser et livrer dans des échéanciers définis.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en influence.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des données pour soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Esprit d'analyse, curiosité et orientation amélioration continue.
  • Expérience dans le secteur aéronautique et/ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, un atout.

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un environnement de travail francophone, mais il
exige une très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, afin de pouvoir lire et comprendre
quotidiennement de la documentation et des termes techniques provenant
d'organisations internationales, ainsi que rédiger et communiquer en
anglais avec des clients, fournisseurs ou partenaire

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Develop and empower people by leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team accountable for supplier delivery performance aligned with customer commitments.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by fostering strong collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Execute with customer focus by translating Customer Service priorities into clear, actionable plans for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Lead with accountability and transparency by proactively identifying, assessing, and communicating risks impacting supply chain and manufacturing performance.
  • Deliver results by ensuring timely, end-to-end resolution of customer supply issues and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Ensure disciplined execution through rigorous monitoring and follow-up of recovery plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Influence and represent externally by supporting and participating in customer engagements, reinforcing trust and partnership.
  • Enable informeddecision-making by leading the development and delivery of governance reporting to senior leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement by driving process optimization and enhancing operational efficiency.

What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, in a related field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace, Operations Management, Finance, International Trade, Supply Chain or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with strong resilience, resourcefulness, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of autonomy, with the ability to seek alignment and leverage support when navigating new or complex areas.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; however, it
requires a very good knowledge of English (documentation and technical
