The Specter Portfolio of programs is seeking a Sr Program Integrator (PI) located at Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona. This position reports directly to the Portfolio Growth & Strategy Director and is responsible for new program captures through government customer relationship building, review of government RFI/RFP solicitations, RFI/RFP responses, and other portfolio related support.

The Sr PI will serve as a key leader, setting direction and strategy to meet customer milestones and AOP commitments for the organization. As new programs are captured, the Sr PI will have the opportunity to step into a program execution role which entails Government Customer interface and providing direct oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance. This role requires both tactical and strategic planning, as well as the ability to influence all levels of the organization on the correct capture / execution path.

The Sr PI requires the ability to lead a technical team in a dynamic, go-fast environment. An optimal candidate will have experience in team building and maintaining and growing customer relationships. This position also requires proficiency in problem solving, leading cross functional teams, effective communication, and driving results across a varied supply base.

This role is Onsite in Tucson, Arizona. Relocation is not available.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) including proposal preparation, fact-finding, negotiations.
  • Manage proposal strategy, planning, schedules, and internal reviews.
  • Monitor, interact and course correct technical teams to support customer goals.
  • Display strong communication and presentation skills with both leadership and external customers.
  • Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and earned Value Management System (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements.
  • Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management (EV cadence), IPT/CPT reviews, monthly management reviews (MMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits.
  • Support the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
  • Travel domestically, as needed, between Raytheon sites and customer locations in support of business execution and growth requirements (up to 25%).


Qualifications We Require:
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • Experience being the sole interface with the Customer, shaping direction, providing status and building a strong relation required for program execution.
  • Experience supporting development and/or engineering design, and overall program support including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or managing cost and schedules.
  • An active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
