Innovation, planification et gestion de portefeuille

  • Assurer le soutien de la gestion de la croissance des revenus dans le cadre des initiatives d'innovation de nouveaux produits, notamment les prévisions, l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilité et la planification de la commercialisation.
  • Gérer les hypothèses de prévision et soutenir les activités de gestion des stocks et de l'obsolescence.
  • Diriger l'élaboration du plan commercial annuel et du plan de fonctionnement annuel.
  • Suivre les performances par rapport aux prévisions et identifier les risques, les opportunités et les mesures correctives.

Leadership interfonctionnel

Qualifications

The Associate Manager, Brand Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for driving profitable growth across a portfolio of brands through category analytics, commercial strategy, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and cross-functional planning. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to provide insights, recommendations, and business leadership that support growth objectives and improve marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities

Category & Business Performance
  • Lead the development of monthly category reviews for Warehouse Direct brands including Clamato, Nestea, Fruitsations, Atypique, and other priority brands.
  • Analyze brand and category performance, including market share trends, competitive activity, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting and presentations for cross-functional and leadership teams.

Revenue Growth Management & Commercial Strategy

Lead RGM initiatives for Snapple, Realemon, Stewart's, Rose's, and other assigned brands:
  • Develop and maintain annual commercial playbooks, ensuring alignment with brand growth objectives and customer strategies.
  • Establish and manage brand sales fundamentals, including pricing, promotion, assortment, and distribution guidelines.
  • Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities through pricing, promotional optimization, portfolio management, and commercial strategy development.
  • Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional partners to support profitable growth and business performance.


Innovation, Planning & Portfolio Management

For assigned brands:
  • Lead RGM support for New Product Innovation (NPI) initiatives, including forecasting, business case development, and commercialization planning.
  • Manage forecasting assumptions and support inventory and obsolescence management activities.
  • Lead the Annual Commercial Plan (ACP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Track performance against plans and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to support planning, forecasting, innovation, and business performance management.
  • Influence decision-making through strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
