Relevant du Directeur national des ventes, le ou la Gestionnaire de territoire bilingue, Santé du sein, jouera un rôle clé dans la croissance et le succès continus du portefeuille Santé du sein de BD à travers le Québec. Ce poste stratégique à fort impact combine le développement des affaires, l'expansion du marché et la gestion de comptes afin de promouvoir des solutions innovantes qui améliorent les soins aux patients et les résultats cliniques.

La personne retenue sera responsable d'identifier, de développer et de concrétiser de nouvelles occasions d'affaires tout en renforçant les relations avec les clients existants et en accroissant la présence de BD dans la région. S'appuyant sur une solide expertise clinique et technique, elle agira comme partenaire de confiance auprès des professionnels de la santé en offrant un soutien-conseil de premier plan et en demeurant à l'affût des innovations produits, des tendances du marché et de l'environnement concurrentiel.

Le succès dans ce rôle repose sur la capacité à établir des relations d'influence auprès des principaux intervenants du secteur de la santé, notamment les chirurgiens, radiologistes, médecins, infirmières, technologues, équipes d'approvisionnement et directions hospitalières. Grâce à une approche collaborative, à une gestion stratégique des comptes et à une exécution axée sur les besoins des clients, le ou la Gestionnaire de territoire contribuera directement à l'atteinte des objectifs des clients tout en soutenant une croissance durable des activités de BD.

Principales responsabilités:
  • Atteindre et gérer les objectifs de vente grâce à une gestion efficace de la clientèle existante ainsi qu'au développement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
  • Développer un pipeline d'opportunités et élaborer un plan d'affaires pour le territoire.
  • Établir, maintenir et développer des relations stratégiques avec les comptes clés en alignement avec les objectifs de BD et ceux des clients.
  • Développer et maintenir une expertise clinique de haut niveau dans les aires thérapeutiques concernées ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie des produits du portefeuille.
  • Faire preuve d'excellence dans la gestion du territoire, du pipeline commercial et des techniques de vente.
  • Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes impliquées dans les aspects cliniques, techniques et économiques des processus d'approvisionnement.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations d'affaires stratégiques et durables au sein des comptes clés.
  • Réaliser des démonstrations de produits, des formations et des activités de soutien clinique afin d'assurer une utilisation optimale des produits Bard/BD.
  • Gérer le territoire avec intégrité et dans le respect du Code d'éthique de BD ainsi que de l'ensemble des politiques, procédures et réglementations applicables.

Education et Expérience requises:
  • Diplôme universitaire.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en vente de dispositifs médicaux, accompagnée d'un historique démontré de succès dans l'atteinte et le dépassement d'objectifs de vente.

Connaissances et compétences requises:
  • Capacité démontrée à établir des relations de confiance et à développer sa crédibilité auprès des médecins, du personnel clinique et des principaux intervenants du réseau de la santé.
  • Solide compréhension des environnements cliniques et aptitude à participer à des discussions fondées sur des données probantes dans des contextes de soins complexes.
  • Expérience de collaboration avec les hôpitaux, centres de cancérologie et systèmes de santé intégrés afin de soutenir les objectifs cliniques et commerciaux.
  • Fait preuve d'initiative, de persévérance face aux défis et d'une forte passion pour son travail.
  • Assume pleinement ses responsabilités et sait élaborer des plans efficaces pour atteindre ses objectifs.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision.
  • Habiletés supérieures en présentation dans une variété de contextes : rencontres individuelles, petits ou grands groupes, auprès de collègues et de membres de la direction.

Qualifications souhaitées:
  • En plus d'une expérience en vente de dispositifs médicaux, une expérience clinique à titre de technologue en échographie, technologue en mammographie ou dans une spécialité connexe en imagerie mammaire constitue un atout important.
  • Expérience de participation à des processus d'appels d'offres (RFP) et de soumissions, particulièrement au sein du réseau de la santé québécois.
  • Connaissance des flux de travail en imagerie mammaire, des pratiques cliniques et du milieu hospitalier.

Exigences physiques et environnement de travail:
  • Capacité à voyager environ 30 à 40 % du temps au sein du territoire assigné et pour diverses activités professionnelles, les exigences de déplacement pouvant varier selon le lieu de résidence de la personne retenue. Les déplacements peuvent inclure des nuitées et sont requis pour le soutien aux clients, la couverture de cas, les formations, les événements clients, les symposiums et d'autres activités sur le terrain.
  • Détenir et maintenir un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu'un dossier de conduite satisfaisant depuis au moins 3 ans, conformément aux normes de sécurité automobile de BD.
  • Dans l'exercice de ses fonctions, la personne devra régulièrement rester debout, marcher, s'asseoir, utiliser sa vision et ses mains pour manipuler des objets, outils, commandes ou équipements de bureau. Elle devra également communiquer fréquemment avec différents intervenants et pourra occasionnellement être appelée à tendre les bras, se pencher, s'agenouiller ou s'accroupir.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Bilingual Territory Manager, Breast Health, will be a driving force behind the continued growth and success of BD's Breast Health portfolio across Quebec. This high-impact role combines strategic business development, market expansion, and account management to advance innovative solutions that improve patient care and clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding BD's presence within the region. Leveraging strong clinical and technical expertise, they will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, providing consultative support and insights while staying current on product innovations, market trends, and competitive developments.

Success in this role requires the ability to build influential relationships across key healthcare stakeholders, including surgeons, radiologists, physicians, nurses, technologists, materials management, and hospital leadership. Through collaboration, strategic account planning, and customer-focused execution, the Territory Manager will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their goals while driving sustainable business growth for BD.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieves and manages sales targets through effective management of base business as well as new sales opportunities.

Education and Experience required:
  • A university degree.
  • 2-two years' experience of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of high-level sales success.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and establish credibility with physicians, clinical staff, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong clinical acumen with the ability to engage in meaningful, evidence-based discussions within complex healthcare environments.

Preferred qualifications:
  • In addition to medical device sales experience, clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, Mammography Technologist, or in a related breast imaging specialty is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience participating in RFP and tender processes, particularly within Quebec healthcare systems.
  • Knowledge of breast imaging workflows, clinical practices, and healthcare environments.


Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time within the assigned territory and for business-related activities, with travel requirements varying based on the successful candidate's location. Travel will include overnight stays and is required for customer support, case coverage, training, customer events, symposia, and other field-based activities.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years as well as meet BD's auto safety standards.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.


Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates' progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors that contribute to the range displayed. The range displayed is comprised of wages, which includes base salary and commission, as well as certain components of our bonus programs. The salary offered to a successful candidate may vary based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and work location.

Salary Range Information: $69000 - $119000 CAD Annually
