Titre du poste:Gestionnaire de projet et planificateur stratégique

En tant que Gestionnaire planificateur stratégique, vous relèverez directement du Gestionnaire principal (sénior). Vous agirez en tant que chef d'équipe de l'équipe de planification de PWCL et serez le principal point de contact pour tous les clients internes que vous soutiendrez dans votre équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs.

Vous serez également responsable de prendre des décisions stratégiques essentielles pour garantir la disponibilité des produits, afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins de location et de vente au sein de l'organisation P&WCL.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Optimiser la consolidation de la planification des moteurs et la communication des informations aux responsables commerciaux et à la direction respectifs.
  • Diriger activement la planification du nouveau moteur avec la production
  • Développer l'approche chaîne de valeur avec tous les partenaires impliqués dans notre processus de livraison de moteurs
  • Travailler en collaboration pour garantir l'entretien et la disponibilité du parc de location afin de soutenir les clients.
  • Compréhension complète des niveaux de stock et des exigences pour les modèles attribués
  • Établir et entretenir des relations de travail au sein du réseau P&WC (ateliers internes et DOF)
  • Compréhension et suivi des événements de maintenance au fur et à mesure de leur progression dans les ateliers.
  • Participer aux opérations hebdomadaires et aux revues financières.
  • Coacher les membres de l'équipe dans l'atteinte des objectifs


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience avec un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent, ou 5 ans d'expérience avec une maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Maitrise de la suite Office (atout)
  • Connaissance de MS project, PowerBI, Visio ou SAP (atout)
  • Capable de travailler dans des environnements incertains
  • Compétence en résolution de problèmes, en leadership
  • Esprit d'équipe, Proactif et Organisé
  • Flexibilité et capacités d'adaptation;


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Project Manager & Strategic Planner

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Enhance the Engine planning consolidation and communication of the information to the respective sales Managers and Management
  • Actively lead the new engine planning with production
  • Develop the value stream approach with all partners involved in our engine delivery process
