  • Responsable du maintien d'un environnement de travail sécuritaire ainsi que la gestion du développement des employés.
  • Responsable de planifier et gérer toutes les fonctions en lien avec la production pour son secteur.

  • Responsable des délais de livraison, de la qualité des produits, de la mise en place d'initiatives d'amélioration continue (amélioration de la productivité, réduction des coûts, nouvelle technologie, etc.) tout en appliquant les concepts CORE, du budget et du support aux clients externes et internes.
  • Responsable de la coordination des initiatives de transformation des opérations et de l'implantation des principes "Lean Manufacturing".


Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuildu lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

  • Leadership role in maintaining of good labor relations in partnership with all stakeholders to enable the organization to meet and exceed business goals.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
