Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire de comptes dynamique et analytique pour soutenir la croissance de notre canal Dépanneurs et stations-service.

Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez activement au développement d'initiatives commerciales stratégiques, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes ainsi que des partenaires clients. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'atteinte de nos objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité.

Votre rôle au quotidien
  • Analyser et valoriser les données : exploiter différentes sources (rapports de ventes, données Nielsen, tendances du marché) afin d'identifier des opportunités concrètes de croissance
  • Opérations logistiques : collaborer avec les équipes logistiques et notre service clients pour assurer une gestion efficace des réapprovisionnements et des promotions
  • Participer aux prévisions de ventes : améliorer la précision des prévisions des ventes, les taux de service et les niveaux d'inventaire
  • Contribuer au développement des affaires : appuyer la création de plans clients, présentations et initiatives commerciales en collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes
  • Soutenir la gestion des investissements commerciaux (trade spend) en fonction des budgets et objectifs du compte
  • Assurer la coordination interne pour garantir l'exécution efficace des initiatives clients
  • Présentations clients : Préparer des présentations, analyses et revues d'affaires mettant en lumière les opportunités d'amélioration

Ce que nous recherchons
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou domaine équivalent

Rémunération globale:
  • CAD $73,900 - 94,490 annuel.
  • Le classement dans la fourchette de rémunération peut varier en fonction de l'expérience, des compétences et d'autres facteurs.

  • Salary Range: CAD $73,900 - 94,490
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Exigences:

The Account Manager will be tasked with developing a variety of both internal and external projects with an end goal of maximizing business targets for the Convenience & gas channel. They will be responsible for working with the Convenience & Gas Key Account Manager and depending on experience managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 banners and wholesalers.

Responsibilities:

  • Data management and Analysis - Develop and support a variety of data sources (customer/internal sales reports, Nielsen data, market trends) to develop an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and suggest avenues for growth to customers - turn data into insights for execution.
  • Logistics - collaborate with customer logistic team and internal team to manage replenishment and promotional orders through data validation and analysis.
  • Forecasting - support internal and external forecasting capabilities to improve in stock position, fill rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Business development - Work in collaboration with Key Account Manager and Sales Director to develop customer plans, presentations and customer programs with an end goal of achieving sales and profit targets
  • Trade Spend - Effectively assist on managing budgets based on Account objectives
  • Internal facilitation - keep internal teams focused on successful execution of customer programs and opportunities
  • Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports that identify areas for improvement and business opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration
  • Selling experience of 2-5 years in CPG environment
  • Knowledge of Convenience and Gas channel an asset.

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
