Join our Ground Engineering Group as a Geotechnical Engineer based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will contribute to complex infrastructure, transportation, and land development projects across Western Canada while collaborating with industry-leading specialists.
Your Impact
  • Deliver geotechnical analyses and designs for transportation, infrastructure, and land development projects.
  • Perform slope stability, settlement, and numerical modelling to support safe, resilient designs.
  • Interpret geotechnical investigations and translate subsurface conditions into practical engineering solutions.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical solutions into broader project designs.
  • Support junior engineers and EITs through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience in a consulting environment.
  • Strong technical foundation in soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability.
  • Experience with geotechnical software such as Slide or Slope/W, PLAXIS, Settle3, CLiq, and CPeT-IT.
  • Working knowledge of Python and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
Compensation

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
