Geospatial Program Manager
The Opportunity:
As a scientific and technical associate program manager, you'll support the clients in driving mission-focused transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce readiness, and operational alignment. Leveraging expertise in commercial Earth observation capabilities and advising on data acquisition strategies, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping activities remain aligned with evolving mission needs and administration priorities. You'll apply a data-driven and people-centered approach to help organizations navigate change, improve collaboration, and enhance workforce engagement across complex environments.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to address evolving challenges and contribute to solicitation design, proposal review, and coordination of peer review panels. Drawing on expertise in geospatial and earth sciences, you will help guide leaders and teams through transformational efforts while collaborating within a high-performing advisory environment.

What You'll Work On:
  • Support modernization initiatives aligned to client mission priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of opportunities for cross-sector collaboration and integration with potential partners.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, communications products, reports, and visually compelling client deliverables.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments to identify challenges, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze workforce and organizational data to provide actionable recommendations that support decision-making and mission execution.
  • Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending streamlined approaches.


You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in a program or project management support role within the Geospatial, Earth Science, Satellites, or Aerospace fields
  • Experience contributing to solicitation design, proposal review, and coordination of peer review panels
  • Experience providing analysis of project performance, reporting on project progress, and providing quarterly progress reports and annual reports
  • Experience preparing engagement products and programmatic documentation that highlight technical advancements and use of data, models, and tools within complex government or technical environments
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, or leadership discussions
  • Experience assessing processes and practices within program areas and identifying areas to improve efficiency and programmatic effectiveness
  • Experience developing executive communications, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Ability to support the development and implementation of interagency agreements such as Space Act Agreements or 7600A/B agreements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with change management methodologies or frameworks, including Prosci or ADKAR
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Master's degree
  • Change Management, Human Capital, or Project Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
