You'll play a pivotal role in rebuilding and expanding our Genesys environment, integrating advanced AI and Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities. Responsibilities

- Architect and design AI-powered contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
- Lead migration and expansion projects, moving from on-premise to cloud environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume technical issues (approx. 300 tickets/month)
- Onboard new service lines and clinics onto the Genesys platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver technology-driven solutions
- Build proof-of-concept demos and develop solution blueprints
