Job Title: Genesys Call Flow Developer Lead
Duration : Permanent Full Time
Location :
Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH.
Work Mode : 5 Days in office

Position Description
Seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer Lead. The Genesys Cloud Developer Lead position will primarily be responsible for design, development and deployment of IVR flows, contact routing and interactions using Genesys Cloud Architect. This would include configuration of data action and system integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs.

Duties and Responsibilities
o Design and implement IVR flows, contact routing, and bot integrations using Genesys Cloud Architect. The flows would include inbound and outbound calls, email and SMS.
o Develop custom integrations with internal systems and third party applications using Genesys Cloud APIs (RESTful) and webhooks.
o Create and update campaigns and contact lists to be used for outbound operations.
o Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate with team members to ensure high code quality and continuous delivery.
o Maintain documentation for workflows, integration patterns, and deployment processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1. 7+ years of experience managing Genesys Call flow
2. 5+ years experience in Java, SpringBoot technologies.
3. 3+Experience in utilizing APIs and Microservices.
4. Experienced and possess knowledge in various phases of SDLC.
5. An inherent ability to solve problems, provide solutions and wear different thinking hats, as situation demands.
6. Use data, experiments, and customer feedback to drive growth in this space.
7. Ability to nurture and train talent in this space.
8. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
9. Experienced in usage of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
