Contractor Work Model: Remote within division office locations / hybrid work environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
- Coordinate civil engineering consultants, geotechnical consultants, potholing consultants, and other development vendors.
- Oversee site development activities while also managing broader project development responsibilities.
- Collaborate with division offices and cross-functional teams to support project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met across multiple active developments.
- Review development plans, reports, and consultant deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve project issues related to site development, permitting, and coordination.
- Maintain communication with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous project flow and operational efficiency across development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant development/project management experience required.
- Experience managing development or site development projects in commercial, retail, or land development environments.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering coordination, permitting, and construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with external consultants and cross-functional internal teams.
