Job Title:Senior Software Engineer - AI Applications & Enterprise AutomationOverview / Summary We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to build intelligent applications, automate business processes, and develop scalable services using Generative AI and cloud technologies. In this role, you will work with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance user experiences across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and backend services.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise data.
- Develop integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Rapidly prototype new capabilities and evolve successful concepts into production-ready applications.
- Create intelligent tools for search, summarization, content generation, recommendations, document processing, and workflow automation.
- Implement AI solutions with an emphasis on security, governance, observability, and responsible use.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute reusable components, documentation, and development standards to improve engineering efficiency.
Required Qualifications - Professional experience developing and supporting production software applications.
- Strong programming experience with one or more of the following: Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Dart.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and services.
- Hands-on experience building AI or Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and LLM APIs.
- Understanding of modern cloud architectures and distributed applications.
- Experience processing and transforming structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, testing, version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
