Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Hybrid in The Baltimore area
Salary: 110k-150k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits + PTO + Profit Sharing
Requirements: CPA, have a Generalist background with corporations, small business and HNW focus in your portfolio.

We are a full-service CPA Firm based in the Baltimore MD area (offices in Elkton, Bel Air and Hunt Valley) and have been in business for over 30 years. Hiring for hybrid Tax Manager (either experienced or ready for Manager) role that will soon turn into a director role really quickly!

We focus on strategic planning with our clients, as well as the compliance side.

We're a fast growing, full-service business advisory, tax, and accounting firm based in Baltimore MD providing services to businesses located throughout the United States and internationally. We are looking for a Tax Director who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability.

What You Need for this Position

Required:
-Must have CPA for Manager role
-Minimum 5+ years in Public Accounting/OR Wealth Management
-Experience having several direct reports/leading a small team.
-Must have a balanced portfolio in tax with HNWIs and businesses.

Preferred:
International experience is a plus, though not required.
