OverviewWe're looking for a driven Account Executive with a proven track record of generating their own pipeline and closing six-figure SaaS/PaaS deals. This is a hunter role for someone who can identify opportunities, build senior relationships, and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Main tasks and responsibilities- Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and account development
- Win new business and close six-figure SaaS deals
- Manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and economic buyers
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
Key Requirements & Experience- Minimum 3-7 years of enterprise solution sales experience in business-to-business (B2B). Environmental, health and safety (EHS) industries preferred.
- Hunter mindset with strong commercial drive
- Comfortable selling technical solutions with business value
- Confident engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
This position is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.
Salary Range
$90,000-$110,000 USD
