  • Coordinate with project management, engineering, survey, quality, safety, and other craft disciplines
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and site-specific rules
  • Conduct daily job briefings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning
  • Monitor productivity, manpower loading, equipment utilization, and material usage-adjusting plans to meet milestones
  • Review drawings, specifications, civil details, and work packages for proper execution
  • Interface with inspectors, client representatives, survey teams, and vendors
  • Identify and resolve field issues, constructability concerns, and work conflicts
  • Enforce quality control standards, dimensional tolerances, and inspection requirements for concrete and embedded items
  • Support equipment setting, alignment activities, and turnover requirements

  • Experience on utility-scale or large industrial EPC projects
  • Familiarity with both union and non-union work environments
  • Experience with heavy equipment operations and crane coordination
  • Experience supporting turbine, generator, and major equipment installations

Work Environment
